AI voice agents
Every call answered. Every open slot filled.
NeuAira Vox picks up when your front desk can't, books the appointment straight into your calendar, then calls people back to confirm, remind, fill cancellations and bring lapsed patients back in.
Early access Set up personally for each early customer.
Missed calls are missed appointments.
Calls come in during lunch, after hours and while staff are with patients. Each one that goes to voicemail is a booking that might go elsewhere. Then there are the no-shows, the late cancellations and the patients overdue for a visit, all waiting for someone to find time to call them.
Six call types, ready to switch on
Each agent runs one job, with its own script, voice and rules. A practice can run several at once.
Answer and book
Answers inbound calls, finds a free slot in your calendar and books it. Hands over to a person when it should.
Appointment confirmation
Calls ahead to confirm, cancel or reschedule, and handles wrong numbers and voicemail.
Appointment reminders
Reminds people the day before, so fewer appointments are forgotten.
No-show follow-up
Calls people who missed their appointment and offers to rebook.
Waitlist backfill
When someone cancels, calls the waitlist and offers the free slot until it's taken.
Recall and reactivation
Brings back patients who are overdue for a visit. Only calls people who have given consent.
Natural on the phone. Careful with the rules.
Vox is built to sound like a good receptionist and to behave like a compliant one.
Real conversation
Callers can interrupt mid-sentence and the agent stops and listens, just as a person would. It ignores the echo of its own voice, and each business can tune how quickly it responds.
Your voice and greeting
Choose the agent's name and voice from a catalogue of phone-quality voices. Your greeting is spoken word for word, including a notice that the call is transcribed.
Calls that respect the law
Local calling hours, a do-not-call list, consent checks for marketing calls, and an opening that says it's an automated assistant.
Guardrails on every script
Instructions that try to override the rules, or ask for payment details or identity secrets, are rejected when saved.
PHI mode for healthcare
Routes patient calls only through services approved for health data, removes patient details from logs and keeps caller details out of URLs.
Stays up when a service doesn't
Vox runs with backup speech and AI services. If one fails mid-call, it switches over without missing a beat or talking twice.
Change scripts safely
Edit an agent as a draft, publish when ready and roll back in one step. Calls in progress keep the version they started on.
A tamper-evident audit log
Every change, sign-in, refused request and transcript view is recorded with who, when and from where. Entries are hash-chained, so any edit shows, and copied to write-once storage.
Built to be resold.
Vox has three levels from the ground up: the platform, partners (MSPs and resellers), and the businesses they serve.
- A partner portal to create and manage each client business
- Client billing rolls up to your account at wholesale rates
- White-label agents under your brand
- Phone numbers provided and managed for you, or forward your existing number
- An append-only usage ledger, reconciled nightly against the carrier
- Roles for owners, editors and viewers; transcripts are visible to the business's own staff, and any support access is audited
Questions about Vox
Which calendars does it work with?
Cal.com and Google Calendar today. Practice-management system integrations are where we're heading next; tell us which one you use.
Can we keep our phone number?
Yes. Keep your existing number and forward calls to Vox whenever you want it to answer, such as after hours or when the line is busy. If you need a new number, we provide one.
What happens if the caller needs a person?
Vox transfers the call to your number, or takes the details and leaves a call summary for the front desk.
Is it HIPAA compliant?
Vox has a PHI mode that routes patient calls only through services approved for health data and keeps patient details out of logs, and every transcript view is recorded in the audit log. Business associate agreements are discussed during early-access onboarding.
Can we host it ourselves?
Yes. Vox can run on your own infrastructure under a signed licence key, or we can host it for you.
